Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update customer records accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all account information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Utilize Gorgias, Macros, and Shopify to manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and provide personalized solutions.
  • Correspond with customers in a polite, empathetic, and professional tone, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience using Gorgias, Macros, and Shopify, with a strong understanding of customer service software and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple customer interactions, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information, identify solutions, and provide personalized support to customers.
  • Documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
