Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately inputting and updating data across CRM systems, marketing platforms, and internal databases
- Reviewing data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and correcting as needed
- Collaborating with teams across marketing, operations, and client success to support campaign preparation and reporting needs
- Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality while adhering to company standards and policies
- Assisting with data cleansing, migration, and audits to ensure system accuracy
- Generating basic reports or data summaries upon request
- Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks related to data management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or support role
- Strong typing skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or marketing automation tools

Compensation and Benefits
