Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, resolving complex issues and answering customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Promote arenaflex's products and services, educating customers on our innovative clean energy solutions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and thorough customer experiences.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay current on industry trends.

Essential Qualifications:

* 3+ years of prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience switching between applications and database platforms.
• Strong knowledge indexing skills to efficiently locate and retrieve information.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail and excellent active listening skills.
• Proficient data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Fluency in Spanish.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
