Key Responsibilities:

* Assess family eligibility for childcare financial assistance and subsidy programs, using your expertise to guide them through the process.

  • Provide clear, culturally sensitive information about available childcare options and local providers, ensuring families receive the support they need.
  • Accurately enter and manage data in online systems to maintain integrity and compliance, upholding arenaflex's commitment to excellence.
  • Support families in navigating complex childcare systems with empathy and professionalism, building trust and confidence in arenaflex's services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and timely support, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in a Health and Human Services, Call Center, or Client Support role, demonstrating your ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Bilingual fluency in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole, enabling you to effectively communicate with diverse communities.
  • Experience working with diverse communities and multilingual populations, showcasing your adaptability and cultural competence.
  • Familiarity with intake or eligibility processes in social service settings, highlighting your understanding of the complexities involved.

Nice-to-Have:

* Prior work with childcare programs, family assistance services, or community outreach, demonstrating your passion for social services and commitment to making a difference.

  • Exposure to case management systems or client databases, showcasing your technical skills and ability to work with complex systems.
  • Knowledge of Massachusetts childcare subsidy programs, highlighting your understanding of local regulations and policies.
