Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Buffalo, NY. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing personalized coverage options, and delivering a seamless client experience. This is a remote position that requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom, providing timely and effective solutions to their insurance needs
  • Educating clients on insurance options that meet their unique needs, including life insurance, final expense, and mortgage protection solutions
  • Providing support throughout the application process, ensuring that clients understand their coverage and have a seamless experience
  • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and coverage understanding, building long-term relationships and driving client loyalty
  • Tracking all communication and sales activity using CRM tools, ensuring that our team is always aligned and working towards our goals
  • Meeting individual performance and client satisfaction goals, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base

Requirements

  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Professional, empathetic, and reliable, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • Comfortable working with technology and in a remote setting, with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems
  • Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days), with a strong understanding of insurance products and services

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
