Project Coordinator
Project Coordinator Role:The Project Coordinator is responsible for keeping projects organized, on track, and moving forward daily. This role supports leadership by managing timelines, coordinating across teams, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
This is not a passive role. We’re looking for someone who anticipates needs, follows up proactively, and owns execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:Project Tracking and Execution:
- Maintain and update project timelines, trackers, and task lists.
- Ensure all deadlines are clearly defined and met.
- Follow up with team members to confirm progress and completion.
- Identify delays early and escalate when needed.
- Act as the central point of communication between departments.
- Ensure alignment on priorities, expectations, and deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings, updates, and project flow.
- Provide consistent updates on project status.
- Highlight risks, delays, and blockers clearly.
- Track key metrics and outcomes.
- Maintain organized files, notes, and communications.
- Ensure all documents are properly saved and accessible.
- Create workflows and SOPs when needed.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in processes.
- Take initiative to fix issues without waiting for direction.
- Ensure tasks are fully completed, not partially.
- Strong organization and time management.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Clear and professional communication.
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment.
- Tech savvy and quick to learn systems.
- Self starter who takes ownership.
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams.
- Project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.
