Responsibilities

- Support client requests through coordination and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records and track client details consistently
- Organize task details to support timelines and service accuracy
- Collaborate with team members and partners as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Previous customer service or administrative experience a plus
- Must reside in the United States
