About the Team

Our AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. As a strategic cloud transformation expert, you'll be part of a collaborative and talented team dedicated to helping customers achieve new possibilities by leveraging AWS.

Key Responsibilities

* Guide AWS customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud, ensuring seamless adoption and successful outcomes

  • Collaborate with AWS teams to deliver outcomes for the customer, ensuring effective and efficient working relationships
  • Interface with customer and AWS leadership to drive collaboration between core account groups, product/engineering teams, and customer teams
  • Plan and support major workload migrations, translating strategic initiatives into executable actions
  • Manage cadence by leading reporting and tracking functions, ensuring timely execution of education plans, roadmap to business outcome alignments, Executive Briefing Sessions, and go-live events and transitions
  • Proactively help solve customer challenges through new ideas, tools, and mechanisms, bringing the best of AWS/arenaflex to our customers

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience

  • 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent
  • Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification

  • Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects or similar

  • Exemplary communication skills, with the ability to gain stakeholder buy-in and negotiate

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive secure and robust solutions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive base pay, with a range of $138,200/year to $239,000/year, depending on location and experience

  • Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package
