Responsibilities
As a Service BDC Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information on services, pricing, and other relevant details
- Scheduling service appointments and following up with customers to ensure seamless communication and timely completion of services
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including service history and communication logs
- Collaborating with service advisors and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assisting in valeting customer vehicles after 4:30pm, ensuring a positive and convenient experience for our customers
- Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's services, promotions, and policies to provide informed and accurate information to customers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in an automotive or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, managing multiple customer interactions and service requests simultaneously
- Knowledge of automotive services is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record
- Qualification for company insurance by meeting requirements
