Job Responsibilities

As a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming phone calls from existing and prospective clients, assessing their needs, and providing solutions as needed
• Collaborating with the sales team to rate new policies through our agency carrier portals
• Cross-selling products to existing clients to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
• Processing endorsements, such as vehicle additions and driver additions
• Processing renewals on our existing book of business each month
• Maintaining detailed and accurate databases of client information using our agency management system
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• An active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License
• At least one year of commercial insurance experience
• A college degree (preferred) or high school diploma (required)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
