Job Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and being able to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Compensation and Perks

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25-$29 per hour, plus a $2 shift differential. We also offer a range of benefits and perks, including complete health insurance coverage, 401(k) with 6% employer match, and multiple bonus programs.
