Job Description

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including data entry, research studies, and online focus groups. You'll be responsible for:

  • Entering data accurately and efficiently into our systems
  • Participating in research studies and online focus groups to provide valuable insights and feedback
  • Utilizing your computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete tasks and projects
  • Communicating effectively with our team and clients through email, phone, or video conferencing
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our company's data protection policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
  • Current USA resident
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English and Spanish (a plus, as more opportunities will be available to you)
  • Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
  • Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
  • Microsoft Word or Excel skills (helpful but not mandatory)
  • Data entry skills, including the ability to read, write, and type a minimum of 25 words per minute

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, we prefer candidates with backgrounds in:

  • Customer Service
  • Administrative Assisting
  • Sales and Sales Support

Pay and Benefits

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you can expect:

  • Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
  • Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
