Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers
- Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
- Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
- Maintaining performance goals and becoming proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, doctors, and insurance carriers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve patient outcomes
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Professional Bilingual English/Spanish language skills
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to perform successfully in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and listening skills
- Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
- Alpha-Numeric data entry skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus

Technical Requirements
* Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
- No satellite internet
- Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord (equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi)

The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm EST (10am-7pm CST, 9am-6pm MST, and 8am-5pm PST). A 10% shift differential will be provided for residents in the Eastern Time Zone.
