Who We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who are passionate about helping others and possess excellent communication skills. As a virtual support specialist, you'll be responsible for connecting with clients via Zoom-based virtual appointments, building lasting relationships, and providing exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via Zoom-based virtual appointments

• Build lasting relationships with clients and resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize basic computer skills to navigate our virtual platform and manage client interactions
• Work independently in a flexible remote role, with a strong focus on time management and productivity
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a virtual or remote setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a flexible remote role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in leadership or management, with a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role

• Familiarity with insurance products and services, with a strong understanding of industry trends and regulations
• Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
