Responsibilities
Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems. Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly. Maintain and organize electronic and paper files to ensure data accessibility. Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate information. Generate reports as required to support decision-making processes. Ensure compliance with data entry protocols and company policies. Identify areas for process improvement and suggest efficient data handling techniques. Manage multiple data entry projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Requirements
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role. Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database software. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
