Job Summary
As a Solutions Engineer - K8s Support - Customer First, you'll be responsible for collaborating with our customers to understand their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their requirements. You'll work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide technical guidance to customers throughout the sales process. Your expertise in Kubernetes, cloud computing, and containerization will be invaluable in helping our customers achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements
- Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide technical guidance to customers throughout the sales process
- Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process, including presale, setup, installation, and support
- Develop and maintain documentation to support customer success
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our solutions remain cutting-edge
Skills and Experience
* 5+ years of experience in engineering and operations, with a focus on systems, software, infrastructure, and cloud computing
- 2+ years of experience supporting external customers, with a focus on solutions, customer success, and support
- Expertise in Kubernetes, including design, deployment, and management
- Experience with cloud computing, including compute, networking, and storage services
- Familiarity with AKS, EKS, GKE, and cloud-native technologies
- Strong Linux skills, including Bash and Shell scripting
- Experience with Python, Go, and C programming languages
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline is ideal
