Job Description:

The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will help turn data into actionable insights that drive better decisions across the organization. In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders to answer key business questions, build scalable reporting solutions, and ensure the quality, consistency, and trustworthiness of our data. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how data is used—moving beyond static reporting to delivering insights that influence outcomes. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working across the full data lifecycle—from data quality and governance to analysis and storytelling.

Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
  • Strong experience with SQL and working with structured datasets
  • Experience building dashboards in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Experience supporting both reporting and data quality/governance efforts
  • Strong attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to connect data to business context and outcomes
  • Comfortable identifying issues in data and proactively driving improvements
  • Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across business and technical teams

What You’ll Do

Deliver Insights that Drive Decisions

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals, KPIs, and key questions
  • Run analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations

Build & Scale Reporting

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau,  Streamlit)
  • Ensure reporting is intuitive, accurate, and aligned to business needs
  • Continuously improve and optimize reporting solutions

Strengthen Data Quality & Reliability

  • Profile datasets to identify and resolve data quality issues (e.g., duplicates, missing values, inconsistencies)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize and clean key data elements
  • Help ensure consistency and reliability of metrics and reporting outputs

Data Governance & Documentation

  • Maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and documentation across systems
  • Assist in mapping data flows and documenting data lineage
  • Support classification of sensitive data in alignment with governance policies
  • Help prepare data assets and supporting documentation for audits and compliance reviews

Data Modeling & Collaboration

  • Work with data engineers and analysts to refine data models and definitions
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data
  • Collaborate across teams to improve data accessibility and usability
