Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Advisor to join our remote team. As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering their questions, and helping them navigate our insurance products and benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional service to our clients
  • Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
  • Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
  • Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage
  • Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met
  • Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics
  • Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma required (higher education preferred but not mandatory)
  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products and services

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or sales

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
