Job Description

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service in a bilingual environment (English and Spanish)

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
