Key Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient
  • Recommending items for sale to customers, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth
  • Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a seamless and consistent experience

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training in a healthcare-related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash, operating a cash register, and processing transactions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures

  • Certification in pharmacy technology or a related field (e.g., Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer populations
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
