Unit Description:Niagara Falls State Park is a pristine oasis of three massive waterfalls, attractions, and 400 acres of protected wildlife.
Responsibilities:- Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Communicate operational needs with management
- Engage in daily operations to ensure efficient guest service
- Assist in BOH and FOH operations which can include inventory, production, food safety, and flow of service
- Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform team, member duties when necessary
- Experience working in a hospitality environment required
- Minimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferred
- Must be able to implement rules and hold team members to company standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- No college degree required
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ablity to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
