PMHNP - Outpatient telehealth
CANDIDATE MUST LIVE IN PENNSYLVANIA Vital Healthcare Solutions is seeking a PMHNP to provide psychiatry services for our tele health outpatient clinic. Through patient assessments and collaboration with interdisciplinary team, our Advanced Practitioners diagnose a broad range of mental health disorders, develop and implement treatment plans and follow up. Responsibilities include: Evaluation of patients with mental, emotional or behavioral disorders, and timely documentation. Candidate must have a private area in their home that is appropriate to provide a confidential medical service. This is a full time opportunity. Can be a 32/hr week if preferred.
