This is a remote position.

V-OUTSOURCING BUSINESS GROUP is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team of virtual assistants. This is a 100% remote position where you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing friendly and professional support. Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily and weekly lead call lists.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow-ups.
  • Record call results and appointments in CRM systems.
  • Keep client and lead databases accurate and organized.
  • Prepare short daily or weekly reports.
  • Support administrative and communication tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Experience in customer service or appointment setting.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours.

Benefits

  • Training Period: approx.1-2 weeks

  • Post-Training: $3.75 per hour

  • This is a contract position under a professional services model.

  • This role requires flexible, and rotating shifts.
