As the Construction Technology Lead, you will be responsible for the administration, governance, training, and continuous improvement of construction technology platforms, ensuring consistent digital adoption, data integrity, and efficient system utilization across all construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Procore and other construction technology platforms.
  • Provide day-to-day end user support and troubleshooting for construction technology tools.
  • Manage user access, including onboarding new hires and offboarding departing team members.
  • Set up new projects in Procore, including project creation, team assignments, and initial configurations.
  • Regularly review active projects to ensure proper platform utilization and adherence to standards.
  • Provide internal technical support to the construction team for platform-related issues (non-IT infrastructure).
  • Create and conduct role-based onboarding training for new construction team members.
  • Coordinate and host ongoing training sessions for construction technology platforms.
  • Maintain overall governance and structure of the Procore platform.
  • Support accurate and timely reporting across construction platforms.
  • Assist with Prime Contract and budget setup for new projects within Procore.
  • Support and maintain integrations, including Procore Pay and other financial system connections.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred. An equivalent combination of construction experience and construction technology/platform administration experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 4-7 years of progressive experience in construction, project management, construction operations, or construction technology platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
  • Experience in Procore (Project Management & Financials) required.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI.

Required Testing

  • Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR

Position Location

This position is fully remote and requires approximately 50% travel. Candidates must reside in one of our active markets: Colorado, Arizona, Tennessee, Florida, Texas, or North Carolina and will report directly to the SVP of Business Innovation and indirectly to the Managing Director of Construction.
