What are we looking for?

In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team and develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth in international markets. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of data-driven marketing and media buying across markets.

What will you do?

  • Oversee the paid media strategy and planning across BetterHelp’s Tier 1, Tier 2, and Rest of World International markets to achieve optimal ROI and Brand KPIs.
  • Identify and implement new initiatives to deliver growth in new clients and revenue across all stages of the acquisition funnel and member journey
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including growth marketing, brand, creative, product, service success, international operations and country teams prioritize and implement the highest impact international growth strategies.
  • Oversee the international testing roadmap including incrementality, new channel, landing page and creative testing.
  • Build the resourcing plan to most effectively deliver on BetterHelp’s growth and brand KPIs across agencies, in-house teams, local partners, and contractors.
  • Partner with country and operations teams to develop go to market strategies and help to oversee them for successful new market launches
  • Partner with internal and external insights teams to analyze global market trends, media consumption, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure optimal localization of marketing assets, ensuring that branding, messaging, and campaigns resonate with diverse audiences across different regions.
  • Monitor and measure campaign effectiveness, leveraging data and insights to drive performance improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations, data privacy laws, and cultural sensitivities in marketing initiatives.

Can I work remotely?

Yes. We operate on PST and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We ask employees to travel to our San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite to collaborate in person and strengthen working relationships. Travel expenses are covered and reasonable accommodations are made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in international marketing, growth marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience managing large performance marketing budgets across countries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across cultures.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.

The base salary range for this position is $210,000 - $275,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): Teladoc Health Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors – including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
