Make an impact

• Manage and oversee all VAT-related activities and compliance for the company,
• provide expert advice on VAT matters to internal teams and clients,
• monitor changes in VAT legislation and ensure the company’s compliance with new regulations,

• working with colleagues to monitor, track and evaluate legislative developments such as the EU’s ViDA programme and individual country developments,
• assist in e-invoicing implementation projects,

• conduct VAT audits and manage relationships with tax authorities,
• develop and implement VAT strategies to optimize tax efficiency.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,
• professional certification (e.g., CPA, CTA) is preferred,
• minimum of 5 years of experience in VAT management, preferably in an international setting,
• in-depth knowledge of EU VAT laws and regulations,
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• ability to work independently and as part of a team,
• proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite,
• flexible working hours and remote work options.
