Lead and coordinate efforts in developing novel drug conjugates for various diseases Oversee all aspects of the Antibody Drug Conjugate program, including project planning, budgeting, and execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize targets for drug conjugate development Manage a team of scientists and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advances in biologics engineering and drug conjugate technology Develop and implement strategies to optimize drug conjugate design and production processes Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and safety standards Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team Communicate progress and results to senior management, stakeholders, and external partners Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during drug conjugate development Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of drug conjugate programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
