Job Summary We're looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, formatting documents, and converting files. Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. * Document Formatting: Format documents extensively using Microsoft Word, ensuring consistency and professionalism. * File Conversion: Convert files from one format to another using Adobe, ensuring seamless integration with our systems. * Proposal Development: Assist in the development of proposals for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. * Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Essential Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills: * Microsoft Word: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including formatting, editing, and proofreading. * Adobe: Familiarity with Adobe, including file conversion and formatting. * Attention to Detail: High levels of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks. * Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, including prioritization, time management, and multitasking. * Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, including written and verbal communication. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience in Data Entry: Previous experience in data entry, including formatting, editing, and proofreading. * Knowledge of Industry Standards: Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in data entry and document formatting. * Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Office Specialist or Adobe Certified Expert. Work Environment This is a fully remote part-time position, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs. You'll work 20 hours per week, with a regular schedule of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break. Compensation and Benefits As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
