Requirements
Qualifications
At least 6 months of international customer service experience.
Minimum 6 months of email support experience.
Excellent communication skills with C1 level language proficiency.
Strong written English skills with proper grammar and clear email communication.
Conversational English proficiency.
Preferably with an interest in fashion and retail trends.
Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Flexible to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
