Inside Sales Representative

Working for Bath Fitter, you’ll be securing sales appointments through inbound and outbound calls, as well as Omnichannel, engaging with our potential clients while promoting our premium product through virtual channels.

As an Inside Sales Representative you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience, world class, focused on inbound and outbound calling. Scheduling in-home and virtual appointments for potential clients to connect with our Sales team.

We are looking for….

• 2 years of call center or sales experience.
• Proven experience in inside sales, appointment setting, customer experience or a similar role.
• Ability to maintain a dedicated remote workstation conducive to productivity.
• Required to have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to update and maintain accurate records in a CRM
• Attention to detail, communication skills and time management skills.
• Must be available to work evening and weekend shifts
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French is an asset
