Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing suitable insurance products.
• Sales: Conduct sales presentations, explain policy features, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients, assist with policy changes, and handle inquiries.
• Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Training & Development: Participate in training programs and continuous education to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; we offer comprehensive training.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Licensing: Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (Life, Health, and Annuities).
