About the role

We're looking for a Creative Designer with a strong performance mindset to produce high-impact static, motion, and video assets for paid media and digital channels.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Enjoys working in an agency environment with multiple clients

• Is comfortable moving fast and iterating creatives based on performance insights

• Actively uses AI tools to enhance, accelerate, and rethink creative production

Youll work across static design, motion graphics, and short-form video, always with a clear focus on results, testing, and scalability.

What You'll Do

• Design and produce performance-driven assets for paid media (static ads, carousels, short-form videos) across social platforms.

• Create motion graphics and short-form video optimized for platforms like Meta and TikTok.

• Develop visual assets for landing pages and email campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and clarity.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visual executions.

• Leverage AI-powered tools to experiment with static design, motion, and video generation.

• Iterate on creatives based on feedback and performance data.

• Stay up to date with design, motion, and digital advertising trends.

Who we're looking For

• 3–5 years of experience as a Creative Designer, ideally in a marketing or creative agency.

• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).

• Solid experience in motion graphics and video editing.

• Proven experience creating assets for paid media and performance campaigns.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and a collaborative mindset.

• English level B1 or higher, comfortable with async and written communication.

• Experience using or experimenting with AI tools for static, motion, or video generation (portfolio samples required).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with basic web or no-code tools (Webflow, WordPress, etc.).

• Understanding of UX principles for landing pages and conversion-focused design.

• Experience working with creative testing frameworks or A/B testing.
