Responsibilities

• Design and create high-quality UI/UX for both web and mobile platforms
• Maintain and contribute to the evolution of our design system across all platform touchpoints and creation of custom components
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure designs meet technical requirements
• Create and optimize conversion-focused interfaces for user acquisition, engagement and retention
• Design marketing materials and assets for multiple platforms
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Iterate on existing features based on user feedback and metrics
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Proven experience as a Product Designer in mobile/web applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and UI craftsmanship
• Mastery of industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms
• Strong understanding of mobile and web design patterns and best practices
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of technical constraints in web/mobile development
• Ability to translate complex user flows into simple, intuitive experiences
• Understanding of trust and security UX patterns

Skills

• Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail
• Data-informed approach to design decisions
• Experience with micro-interactions and prototyping
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale
• Understanding of conversion optimization and user psychology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent English communication skills
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
