Hotel Revenue Manager (Remote Philippines-Based)

As we grow, we are expanding our Revenue Management Team and are looking for skilled professionals based in the Philippines to join our highly experienced global operations team.

Position Summary

We are looking for experienced and analytical Hotel Revenue Managers to manage pricing, distribution, and performance for a portfolio of hotel clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands hotel operations and is passionate about using data to drive results. You will work closely with hotel partners, acting as a trusted advisor to maximize their revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily pricing, inventory, and distribution for a portfolio of hotels
• Analyze market trends, performance data, and competitor positioning
• Create and implement revenue strategies tailored to each client
• Provide regular performance reporting and insights to clients
• Maintain strong relationships with hotel partners and act as a key point of contact
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, or hotel operations with exposure to pricing and distribution
• Familiarity with OTAs, channel managers, PMS, and RMS platforms
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to manage multiple clients and work independently in a remote setup
• Philippine residency required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a multi-property or outsourced revenue management environment
• Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
• Degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field is a plus
