Client Serving Manager (Influencer Marketing)

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Client Serving Manager with a passion for influencer marketing to join our team. As a Client Serving Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional influencer marketing campaigns. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop influencer marketing strategies that align with their brand and objectives.
  • Identify and onboard suitable influencers for each campaign based on client requirements and campaign goals.
  • Oversee campaign execution from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and performance optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and insights to drive success.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvement and upselling additional services to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing to continually enhance campaign strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing successful influencer marketing campaigns and delivering results for clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset to drive campaign success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
