Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Specialist to handle venue sourcing from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction. This role allows for autonomy while benefiting from the support of a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and preferences, ensuring needs are understood and met.

  • Collect, analyze, and present venue proposals accurately.

  • Negotiate contracts with venues and finalize agreements.

  • Ensure timely delivery of services and address any client concerns

  • Document project timeline, deliverables and assemble full venue kit.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and venue options to provide top recommendations.

  • Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sourcing travel for groups, account management, or a related field.

  • Desire for flexible, autonomous work environment

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

  • Passion for the hospitality industry

  • Proficiency in office software and CRM tools.
