• Respond to "Where is my order" calls
• Assisting customers with product questions.
• Placing new orders.
• Provide store-specific support
• Tracking shipments
• Gift card/Loyalty card support
• Dispositioning all calls
• Screen escalation requests to the enterprise from agents in the chat room
