Your Impact:

The Consultant will be responsible for implementing an Enterprise Content Management solution using Appworks platform, assisting customers with installations and configurations of the solution. The Consultant should understand customer requirements and advises customers on solution options and work closely with Appworks architects. They will be responsible for bringing their expertise to the customer situation during the development of the software. Will also apply business skills and consulting methodologies to collect and analyze data. Should be keen on enhancing the knowledge on the latest versions of Appworks features. Should be keen to learn on other Appworks connected OT products.

  • Providing accurate bottom‑up effort estimates.

  • Contributing to analysis, design, planning, and process improvements; proactively raising and resolving issues.
  • Working in agile environments and applying test‑driven development.
  • Using company‑approved AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and coding skills.
  • 8+ years of experience with OpenText AppWorks / Process Suite (mandatory).
  • Experience with AppWorks 16+ (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Entity Modeling and/or Angular+ (desirable).
  • Exposure to OTDS, Content Server, and other OpenText products (advantageous).
  • Proficiency in XML, SOA, OOP, SQL databases, and network basics.
  • Strong design skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, and basic web development.
  • Solid understanding of SOAP and REST services.
  • Good knowledge of Single Sign‑On standards.
  • General understanding of web servers, browsers, and internet applications.
  • Customer-facing experience, with the ability to understand requirements and provide accurate estimates.
