Summary:

The Sr Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated communication campaigns that enhance brand visibility, support product launches, and generate consumer engagement. The role ensures effective collaboration across internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing content, events, and promotional activities that support business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Integrated Campaign Development:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including video, OOH, radio, social media, sponsorships, and events.
    • Promote new product launches, dealer activities, and service promotions with innovative communication strategies.
  2. Brand Positioning & Messaging:
    • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for new models and features.
    • Support the creation of go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing & PM.
  3. Content Creation:
    • Collaborate with designers and external agencies to develop high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, POS displays, and other printed assets.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
  4. Event Management:
    • Support in planning and executing events designed to enhance customer engagement and generate qualified leads.
    • Coordinate logistics, branding materials, and on-ground communication activities.
  5. Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CX systems, and marketing automation platforms.
    • Generate detailed reports on ROI, KPIs, and optimization recommendations.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  1. Experience:
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing communications, brand marketing, or similar roles.
  • Experience in home appliances (HA) or consumer electronics (CE) is an added advantage.
  1. Knowledge:
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual branding.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
  • Good command of MS Office.
  • Very good command of English.
