About the role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Creative Quality Assurance Specialist to review and approve creative assets before they go live. This role is responsible for ensuring all ads meet quality standards, follow brand and legal guidelines, and are free of execution errors.

You’ll work closely with creative strategists, designers, editors, and operations to maintain a high level of accuracy across a large volume of performance marketing creatives. This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed QA checks on video and static ads to identify typos, formatting issues, visual inconsistencies, and execution errors.
  • Cross-check creatives against brand rules and legal requirements (e.g., claims, disclaimers, prohibited language) before delivery.
  • Follow standardized QA checklists and processes to ensure consistency and thoroughness across a high volume of assets.
  • Provide precise, actionable feedback to creative strategists, editors, and designers to ensure quick resolution.
  • Review a large volume of creatives daily while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Track, prioritize, and complete QA tasks using project management tools (e.g., Asana) in line with deadlines.
  • Communicate proactively with strategists, editors, designers, and project managers to resolve issues and improve creative quality.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving QA checklists, workflows, and documentation.
  • Learn and retain brand-specific guidelines across multiple clients to ensure accurate QA.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot small inconsistencies
  • Experience reviewing creative assets (video and static) or similar QA work
  • Understanding of performance marketing creatives and ad formats
  • Ability to follow structured checklists and processes
  • Clear written communication and feedback skills
  • Comfortable working with high-volume creative production
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience using task management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.)
  • Ability to learn and apply multiple brand guidelines quickly

Additional details:

  • This is a full-time, remote position
  • The compensation range is $1,200-2,000 USD monthly depending on experience.
