[Remote] GCFR - Customer Service Representative (Southeast) Remote-38
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Copart, Inc. is a technology leader and the premier online vehicle auction platform globally. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will provide exceptional customer service, facilitate the release of vehicles, and support clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Obtain the release of vehicles that are located at body shops and/or other locations including residences
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support
- Answer and place calls in a professional manner
- Focus on call resolution and use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- High School diploma
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient with office equipment
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving
- Computer proficiency - MS Suite
- Typing speed 45WPM
- Professional appearance
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Occasional overtime as needed
