- Build and traffic paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and DV360.
- Implement precise campaign structures, targeting, and tracking based on specialist briefings.
- Execute rigorous quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure error-free launches and best-practice compliance.
- Extract and compile performance data from GA4 and Looker Studio to support client reporting dashboards.
- Optimize internal workflows by identifying efficiencies and integrating approved AI tools into your daily tasks.
- Technical Proficiency: Foundational knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Attention to Detail: An obsession with accuracy, naming conventions, and follow-through.
- Data Literacy: Ability to pull performance metrics and provide initial observations on data movements.
- Reliability: Strong time-management skills to meet delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: An interest in AI integration and a willingness to learn new project management tools like Productive.
- Experience with DV360 or advanced TikTok Ads Manager features.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio or GA4 data extraction.
- Previous experience in an agency-side operations or support role.
