- Deliver exceptional customer service to healthcare provider accounts via calls, emails, and chat
- Proactively upsell features and promote tailored solutions to providers to maximize platform value
- Simplify platform usage for providers across multiple communication channels
- Resolve issues promptly and effectively to create positive user experiences
- Develop a deep understanding of the platform to demonstrate its value to various medical specialties
- Maintain accurate records of all provider interactions and communications
