Cloud Engineer
Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cloud Engineer to develop cloud-based solutions for critical applications. The role involves creating cloud architecture, recommending tools, and collaborating with teams to address client challenges in the cloud environment.
Responsibilities
- Create a cloud-based technical architecture that meets client needs
- Develop cloud-based solutions for some of the nation’s toughest problems
- Improve client’s environment using current cloud capabilities
- Work with industry leaders to inform strategy and design
- Ensure standards are met throughout the cloud migration process
- Recommend tools and solutions based on research of the current environment
- Work with your team to help the client overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud
- Grow your skills in areas like AI while developing critical systems for the defense industry
Skills
- 1+ years of experience with Cloud Engineering
- 1+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining systems in an enterprise-scale secure environment
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with scripting tools, such as Python, Bash, Ansible, or PowerShell
- Experience with IaC, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Top Secret clearance
