Full Time Administrative Assistant

Livwell Health LLC is currently searching for a professional to fill the position of full-time Administrative Assistant at their clinics. The administrative assistant will be responsible for providing non-clinical assistance to healthcare providers, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a courteous customer service experience for patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provides courteous and respectful customer service to patients
  • Greets visitors, checks in participants, collects copays and schedules appointments
  • Answers and routes incoming calls
  • Maintains office equipment and orders office supplies
  • Receives and organizes deliveries
  • Respects confidentiality of all patients
  • Requests documentation and medication refills from Doctor offices

Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Reliable work history
  • Able to collaborate in a team environment
  • Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer systems (MS Office)
  • Customer service: 1 year
  • Medical office experience (Not required, but a plus)
