Sales Rep/Designer
Closets By Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, and they are seeking designers/sales representatives to help clients organize their homes. The role offers flexibility with a hybrid remote position and provides complete sales and design training for candidates without prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided)
- Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs
- Walk through the home to assess opportunities
- Educate customers on our products and services
- Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs
Skills
- No degree, or certification is needed
- We are looking for coachable candidates
- Growth mindset
- Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Available full week for training April 6th-10th 2026
