Business Development Assistant

Opensity Solutions is a dynamic company where employees are passionate about their work. The Business Development Assistant will support business development efforts by managing marketing events logistics, pitches, collateral updates, and other departmental projects.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the planning and execution of all marketing events logistics
• Writing or working on pitches/RFPs
• Responsible for collateral updates
• Help ensure that mailing lists, experience records and other data projects are handled effectively and efficiently
• Develop audience segmentation and target strategies for email list building and optimization
• Proficiency in email reporting, providing user training and support, supporting email policies and best practices
• Directory submissions and other departmental projects
• Assist with various department-wide tasks assigned

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
