How you’ll make an impact in this role - Lead the organization’s infection surveillance and remediation efforts to ensure a safe, sterile environment for every patient and staff member. - Design and implement evidence-based program goals that align with regulatory standards while elevating the clinical quality of the entire facility. - Build and mentor a high-performing infection control team through strategic hiring, continuous education, and proactive performance leadership. - Analyze complex healthcare-associated infection data to provide actionable insights that directly improve patient outcomes and minimize risks. - Direct the strategic allocation of resources and budgets to maintain a resilient, audit-ready infection prevention infrastructure.

• *What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need**

Licensure / Certification / Registration: - Certification specializing in Infection Control credentialed from the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology, Inc. (CBIC) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date required. - Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

• *Education**

- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

• *What Additional Preferences We're Seeking**

- Masters degree preferred. - 5 years of Infection Prevention experience preferred. - 3 years leadership experience preferred. - Partially remote with expectation of routine on-site hospital visits.
