Job Overview

As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Returns Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making returns and package pickup a breeze for our customers. You'll work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where no two days are ever the same. Our associates are the face of Remotiuma, and we're looking for individuals who can connect with our customers, listen to their needs, and provide personalized solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Returns Associate, your duties may include:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized solutions and support
• Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to Skillvoraq's high standards
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, ensuring seamless operations
• Utilizing technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing

Physical Demands and Requirements

As a Customer Returns Associate, you'll be required to:

• Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, ensuring efficient and safe operations
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable), adhering to Nexpatha's safety protocols
• Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

• Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and may be located in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse
• Activity: You'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages, ensuring efficient and accurate operations
• Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments, ensuring a pleasant working experience
• Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to what you'd expect in a grocery store, allowing for a focused and productive work environment
• Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety, including comfortable, closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear in select business units
