Interview mode Video USC/GC experience required : Open API /Swagger PST MST CST Candidate --Fintech Client Experince required Required: --Banking Architecture, exp building and integrating, listed platform exp, api driven (open api/swagger) services exp (including 3rd party connectivity), a must is fintech market applications, ITIL based environment --Senior PM fintech exp is a must, must have auto financing and banking technology and/or fintech exp – more than one project. --Program governance, fintech digital lending, merger/acquisition driven environments, --EXCELLENT communication skills are a must --Experience working with the below highlighted companies (Fiserv, CSI, Jack Henry, Finastra, Thought Machine) VITU recently did a large acquisition so they want someone with experience with integrating We are seeking a Senior FinTech Project Manager with direct experience leading the development and/or integration of market applications for lender clients on one or more of the following core platforms: ● Fiserv ● CSI ● Jack Henry ● Finastra ● Thought Machine You must have successfully led projects that involved building, integrating, or deploying market-facing applications (digital banking extensions, lending modules, API-driven services, embedded fintech solutions, etc.) on top of one of these core systems. This is not a general IT PM role. This is for someone who understands core banking architecture, lender operational workflows, compliance constraints, and the realities of delivering into regulated environments. Who You Are You are both strategic and execution-oriented. You understand how core processors operate and how lenders make money. You are comfortable navigating cross-functional environments that include engineering, product, compliance, operations, and executive stakeholders. You do not wait to be told what to do. You assess risk, identify dependencies, manage scope, and drive decisions forward. You are comfortable operating in post-acquisition environments where systems, processes, and priorities are still stabilizing. You thrive in environments where outcomes matter more than optics. What You’ll Do Core Platform & Market App Leadership ● Lead end-to-end delivery of fintech market applications integrated with core banking systems (Fiserv, CSI, Jack Henry, etc) ● Manage API integrations, third-party connectivity, data mapping, and core processing constraints. ● Translate business requirements into executable delivery plans aligned to lender operational realities. Cross-Functional Delivery ● Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Executive leadership to align scope, sequencing, and risk mitigation. ● Coordinate across internal teams and external core providers to ensure timelines and dependencies are clearly defined and managed. ● Drive clarity in environments where ownership may initially be ambiguous. Program Governance & Risk Management ● Establish milestone plans with measurable deliverables. ● Track technical, regulatory, and operational risks. ● Manage stakeholder communications with executive-level clarity. ● Ensure lender-facing deliverables meet compliance, security, and operational standards. Process & Scalability ● Implement repeatable delivery frameworks for core integrations and market app launches. ● Define documentation standards, dependency tracking, and go-live readiness checklists. ● Build scalable program management discipline without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy. Required Experience ● 7+ years of project or program management experience in fintech or banking technology. ● Direct experience delivering market applications integrated with Fiserv, CSI, Jack Henry, Finastra or Thought Machine ● Demonstrated experience managing API-based integrations with core banking platforms. ● Experience working with lender clients (community banks, credit unions, regional banks). ● Strong understanding of core banking architecture, data flows, and vendor integration models. ● Experience operating in regulated financial environments. Must Have: ● Led development or deployment of a market-facing fintech application integrated into at least one of the specified core systems.
